We are further developing 7D models that are capable of performing efficient energy, heat emission, light and sun path analyses on buildings, resulting in compliance to Green Building Index (GBI).

Moving forward to 8D, we are using Chatbot technology to bring mobility to overall Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) processes.

SunCon has implemented VDC in Sunway’s in-house as well as external public and private projects. Various types of projects consisting of medium to high rise offices, hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, MRT/LRT stations have been implemented with VDC applications.

Driving Digital Transformation

As SunCon weathers through the modern challenges, we are prepared to solve these challenges digitally. With the newly formed Digital Transformation Team (DTT) in 2020, we aim to enrich the digital construction experience by improving accessibility of BIM models and construction data to all projects.
