Commenced business as Sungei Way Quarry & Construction Sdn. Bhd.
Listed on the Main Board of the then Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange as Sungei Way Holdings Berhad and changed its name to Sungai Way Construction Sdn. Bhd.
Construction of earlier abandoned Jetty and Public Amenities, Kuah, Langkawi
Setting up of precast division, Sunway Precast Industries Sdn. Bhd.
Setting up of Sunway Concrete Products (S) Pte. Ltd.
Setting up of M&E division, Sunway Engineering Sdn. Bhd.

Precast division, Sunway Concrete Products (S) Pte. Ltd. produced its first 3D Precast Bathroom Units (PBU) and had subsequently secured 3 PBU projects in 2015
