Project Description

The 4th phase of the expansion of Sunway Medical Centre in Sunway City consists:

  • Phase 4A: 2 blocks of Medical Centres with 15 storeys and 10 storeys each; and 1 block of 9 storeys Elevated Carpark
  • Phase 4B: 1 block of 16 storeys Hotel Suite
  • Phase 4C: 1 block of 9 storeys Private Medical Centre

One of the most challenging aspects of the project was its construction adjacent to the existing hospital while it remained fully operational.

Project awarded on 1 June 2018 and additional Variation Order (VO) received in September 2020.
